Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our expert instructors break everything down into simple steps and ensure everyone can follow along. It's about having fun, not being perfect!
Comfortable clothing you can move in - leggings, t-shirts, or whatever makes you feel good! For footwear, trainers or dance shoes work best. For burlesque workshops, heels are optional. We have changing facilities at all Brighton venues.
Yes! Our instructors are experienced in adapting moves for all abilities and fitness levels. We can provide seated alternatives and ensure everyone participates at their comfort level. Just let us know about any specific needs.
We have studios in central Brighton, Hove, and Portslade. We can also come to your venue or arrange spaces at The Grand, Hilton Brighton Metropole, or other Brighton venues. Beach workshops available in summer!
Of course! While we have tried-and-tested playlists for each style, we're happy to incorporate your music requests. For hen parties and birthdays, we love including the guest of honor's favorite songs.
All workshop prices include venue hire, expert instruction, and basic refreshments. Hen party packages include bubbly, and we can arrange additional catering, photography, or decorations for a small extra fee.
For weekends and peak season (April-September), we recommend booking 6-8 weeks ahead. Weekday workshops can often be arranged with 2-3 weeks notice. Last-minute bookings sometimes possible!
Absolutely! While hen parties are obviously female-only, all other workshops are mixed gender. We regularly run workshops for mixed corporate groups, birthday parties, and social clubs.
